Cheers mate just read up on them and they like the humid climate too so this confirms I’m going to have to splash out and get myself a dehumidifier before I’ve any other unwanted guests

When you start another seed off even an auto wait 2 weeks or above the 4th node take the head off and height won't be a problem again mate
7 days difference from topping to today and its recovered quite quick

Also I thought silverfish were attracted by dryness and not moisture as I remember an old house I lived in the f..kers were living around the concrete surround and we had to put bowls of water to raise the humidity and ward them off

Great to know you are successfully topping autos Greengrass I’d always been told to never top a auto so I was selecting my strains based on this, I’ll be having a go next time. I’ve read in two different forums that they love moisture!!

I top 90% of the autos I grow. Not so much due to height restrictions but rather to make things more manageable

I have a couple of threads about topping autos somewhere, if you don't run across them then feel free to PM me with any questions you have about the subject

This is my current grow of two Cindy Jock's that have been topped

Default Please help I’m loosing the will to go on

So a little update, found a second hand 12l meaco dehumidifier for 80 quid so collected it yesterday and I have the rh down to around 55% lights on. Checked today lights off it was 90% rh (dehumidifier reservoir filled so it cut out) when lights back on I was doing my routine checks while doing some light defoliation I noticed some of the pistols have started going slightly brown is this the first signs of rot? Also noticed 3 tiny little bugs black guys that jumped like ants but smaller and round body!! So I reckon I need to act quickly, now I’m a little more knowledgeable thanks to you guys I reckon calmag deficiency, bud rot and bugs are what destroyed my last couple of grows. So I’m thinking of chopping 2 out of my 8 baby’s and sorting a runoff hose for my dehumidifier so it can run constantly that’s my rh problem sorted hopefully and then give them a shot of bug clear to try and kill those little black fuckers while sticking with my tweaked fead schedule (now including calmag)what don you guys reckon? All comments greatly appreciated
