You can sterilize your medium with a small dose of h2o2, I start by getting my 10% hydrogen peroxide and diluting it down to maybe 1%, so 100ml into a litre of plain water. Then just water the plants with the h2o2 solution, it's weak enough to not harm the plants much, but it should start to kill the springtails. I'd go back after a few hours and give them some more. Flush them the next day and make up another batch of h2o2 water for the following day, and then give the plants a normal feed with normal runoff.
Keep up the h2o2 solution, flush and feed. You should see way less of the springtails and if you notice any leaf issues, report back here and we will get you on track bro
