    Hi guys,

    Sorry for the late response.

As to the lights, you can google "future light cape town 50w ufo pendant"

That's what I want to use.

Will 1 plant, medium size, really stink that much ?

    Thanks,
    Andy

Guys, if you still can't find the lights, I'll post all the info below. Please have a look and let me know if you think 2 of these will be enough for 1 white widow plant, thanks!:

LED Grow Light - 50W Grow UFO Pendant

A full-cycle grow light will provide your plants with the blue, red, UV and IR spectrum wavelengths that are needed for optimal growth.

    Specifications:

    Wattage: 50 Watts
    Voltage: 85 to 265Vac 50-60 Hz
    LED Colour:
    Red 620-630nm
    Blue 460-470nm
    UV 390-400nm
    IR 725-735nm
    Coverage: 2sqm at 2-meter height
    PAR:
    142 mol @ 0.5m
    76.4 mol @ 1m
    45.8 mol @ 1.5m
    40.2 mol @ 2m
    Dimensions: 330mm x 30mm

    I think mol means umol.

That's all they say about it.

    Cheers okes!

I grew Northern Lights because it was said to be low odour. When people talk about low odour plants, they mean compared to other cannabis plants. I had 4 NL under a 400w hps and it stank like a cupboard full of decomposing cats. Your single medium sized plant will smell less than mine did but it will give off a noticeable odour.

Here's a lash up that almost works and is better than nothing. It's a tower fan with a kitchen carbon sheet wrapped around it. It's good enough to clear a room of pot smoke in an hour or less.

I haven't seen anybody use UFO pendants in about 8 years they're really old tech. Those that did use them always did scrogs. There are probably much better options out there, even a used light that is newer tech would be better.

I'm not an expert in LEDs, but I do use them and I don't think they will be anywhere near powerful enough with my light now my lowest reading in the corner of the tent is 227 umols which is very poor I don't expect much to grow there and that's almost double your highest and that's with the light at 20"

Them lights don't look to cheap either especialy if your buying two of them. I think you can buy better with your money my TS1000 cost about double what your thinking of spending and would suit an area like that perfect.

I would seriously consider using something like this instead of a UFO pendant. They both are the same type of technology but you get a lot more bang for your buck with the viper.Click image for larger version.

We get skanked in the UK that's such a cheap price for that I just looked it up here and can't get lower than $96.

Maybe we need a new board for Americans to spend us UK boys this cheaper stock lol

If it costs $1 in the US it's a quid or more in the UK.

That's the price of the bid on ebay. I had to look it up because for 25 I'd have bought one immediately. Those lights are going to run 70 dollars US including shipping. Shipping to the UK might make it about a square price. We're better at exporting weapons than lights.

    Cheers,
