Welcome to the forum brother after taking a close look at your pictures I think Pablo is probably correct and you're having some damping off. If that's the case yes the seedling is dead. Usually you get damping off when your medium is too wet and you use a humidity dome.

I deleted your other thread and I also edited out your Instagram link, we don't like those posted publicly.

Damping off basically means that because conditions were too wet the stem of the seedling has rotted and it's fallen over. There's really nothing you can do about it. You can let it go a couple more days with some good air movement and I hope it gets better but it's probably toast.

If you have any soil that is dryer and could mix the two together for your next attempt that would be best.

I like my soil to be wet enough that when I squeeze a handful it'll break up in two or three major chunks. I don't want to squeeze water out of it and I don't want it to all hold together that's too wet.

Then for new seedlings I water the first week to two weeks with a spray bottle I just spray the surface of the soil. I do use a little plastic cup as a dome for the first couple days but I start lifting it up with pencils or something similar after the first day.

It's important to have good air flow blowing around the seedling as early as possible.

Few things, I like to grow in fabric bags as they leek excess moisture and and allow air to the soil, you could also mix some perlite into your soil to help drainage, finally only water when you pots are light indicating that your plants have drank all they can.

I'm not a mudlark but one tip I've read is to have a pot of dry ( never watered) soil close by. Don't water until the seed pot feels as light as the dry pot.
