Vape oil

Hola everybody!

Today im making thc infused vape oil Had sucsess with it and was thinking if i share what i do maybe it can get even better! so here we go

Froze 3g grinded up bud in my freezer for some time and grinded it on a 150micron stainless steel screen. (does not have to be stainless) And why a 150 screen is because i only have a 150micron screen so its going to be some unpurity in the oil as you will see. I guess if you use a smaller micron screen like 70 ish you will only collect heads and not leaf waste and so on. Going to order 1 now that i think about it. lol

Anyway i ended opp with 350mg keif. Could proberbly collect more but as i sayd the unpurity will kick in.

Then take a dobbel boiler or like i do a normal kitchen pan or whatever you call it and make a boiler. Fill your pan halfway with water and make sure whatever you have over it will not touch the water as its boiling under there. I sacrefised my dogs meal bowl as the top part.




For 3g buds i use 10ml vape oil. 10ml is enough to fill my tank 5 times.



Filling my pan with water. Setting my dog bowl over it. Making sure its not touching the water. Then adding the oil and letting it heat for some minutes. Then i add the keif. Stirr it good and putting a aluminuim foil over. Cooking like this for 20 min.



Then i remove the foil and the dog bowl and let it cool off for a minute or 2 while sturring it. Meanwhile im adding water as most of it is gone.

Repeating this prosess for 3 hours ish. You can go as i have read from 2-6 hours. I guess longer too. I use 3 hours

When done repeating this prosess i let it cool off then use a syringe to take it up.



I then use a cup and cover it with cheesecloth. You can go up to sevral sheets of cloth to get a purer filtration. I use 1 sheet so a ruff filtration.



And thats it. Your cup will fill with ready to smoke oil. Use a syringe and put it in your vapor or storage container!

This is on my list of things I want to do with kief from trimmings. How bad is the taste from the kief? Also, this doesn't seem like a kick in the face strength. Kind of mellow?

I find the taste realy good. I use vapeoil with taste added. And no it does not create a hard kick. Perfect for vaping on the Beach or when you are forced to join your kids on a 2 day amusement/ zoo trip xD.

I use a vapor with 250c pluss coiltemp so I get a pretty good burn. When I had a small weak coil the smoke got a bit harshy

I tried this before with 50/50 pg/vg (unflavoured) Never thought to just use a bottle of pre made e cig juice. Do you use a nicotine free one?

Yes nikotin free. They are illegal to sell with nikotin xD /facepalm. I use a thicker oil now that its hot outside. 70/30 ish.

Forgot to mention if you have something to messure the oil with the sweetspot is 115-120celsius and not letting it go over 130. I used my monitor the first 3 cooks i had. now i know the stove/heat and pan/water ratio and dont need it.

My dog is fine. It was a sunday. Everything was closed. Heheh. He did get a new and beter 1.
Maybe i should use my kids cerial bowl. xD maybe a way healthyer then
