The mysteries of the Smart co2 bag.....
How do all,
Pal of mine has been struggling with temps whilst in flower. He's too tight to shell out on an a/c so we were discussing ways to combat this. I mentioned co2 bags but he's so granite he wouldn't part with £20 either.
Anyroad, after watching a few vids & reading a few reviews I thought I'd try one out in my tent so I bought a Smart Magma co2 bag and I've had explosive growth in veg over the last five weeks or so. Problem is is that it's run out within that time. Would love to see if it has effect in flower but price does become an issue at £20 a shot.
The Ex-hale bags contain mycelium plus a substrate but the Smart co2 bags just contain a powder.......WHAT IS THIS POWDER???
Can't find any real info on google, I just get directed to baking soda.
Anyone have any idea's?

Cheaper option...
Pop bottle with a hole in the lid mix water yeast and sugar, as they react co2 is produced. Keep topping up with sugar and water when you notice reaction slowing down.
