Is that 75,000 the same as 1,000 PAR? My plant was making yellow tips at 1,000 PAR, I had to turn it back to 900 PAR for it to stop.

Ain't got a clue George, just got the free app on my phone for lux and just keep in them ranges, says 75000 is the max

Think this is out of date with decent leds, I've got 150w for 2 plants and I don't ever get to use on full power, at a guess I'd say I'm at 60/65 per plant

my small grow box of 13"x10"x20"

You are setting yourself up to fail.

From ceiling to garden tray in my cupboard is 83". My (yet to be fitted) led lights need to be 12" minimum from the ceiling. The top of the plants need to be a minimum of 12" from the light. My 5 litre pots are 7" tall. That leaves only 52" for plant height.

A reasonable target is 1oz of yield per square foot from photos and 1.5oz psf from autos. With adequate lighting, it won't take much experience for you to exceed that target.

Decide on how much yield you want per year and put together a setup that will give you that in 2 grows.

It's sad that growing costs more money than we want to spend at first. Only takes a little bit of success to realise that growing your own is the best bargain ever.

I have already grown White Widow auto in that box with a 65W Kingbrite led board and it went pretty well, got 60g worth of dried bud. Things got cramped in the end though and the plant height was an issue so I built a second, larger cabinet for the Kingbrite. I'm looking for a slightly less intensive
light in the older smaller box, I've tried a 50W cob which failed under 24hrs and now I got this 10W board which is useless. Any suggestions what I should use?

I had A 40W regular house LED bulb once that was 6500K, I use to used, for A started grow. Work very well, should do fine in something like that small of space. You can probably get one in A lower range of K.

Forgot to mention that I did some extensive low stress training with the White Widow auto to keep the height in check.
