You can't fix it.
You have two choices:-
A) Cut out the mould & continue growing with fingers crossed
B) Harvest now & chop out the mould

If a bit of mould ruined the entire plant, I'd have had some lousy yields. I've had grows where over half of them needed a bit of mould snipping out. If you don't catch it, the amount of bud rot seems to double every 24 hours. If mould is a possibility, can't really have a day off during the last 2 weeks of flowering. Need to be very attentive. On average, under 600w hps, I'd lose about 15g a grow to mould. Was plenty of good bud left for me so I saw it as an annoyance rather than a disaster.
