Tobacco was easy to quit, well cigarettes anyways. After 2nd day i really didnt crave them anymore. I probably have quit smoking 5 times now. There’s a couple good ways to quit, first, is when you get sick. Alot if times when people get sick they wont smoke. People go days without a smoke and dont even think about it, only to pick it back up when they feel better. Another way was when i would try to go for a run when i had been smoking. Didnt go well lol.
Snuff was the very hard one for me. I would dip all the time. Work, car, when playing games etc..
