At least everybody knows what I am about from the start, growing the highest quality weed, the cheapest way I can.

I made one similer to that once, but 3 lights fixture on 3 different boards. The fixters only cost A couple of bucks at Wallyworld as I remember, and board was just scrap from the shop.

The setup cost £62.00 for 8 lamp holders (4 for £10) and 10 bulbs for £40, my advice buy the best when the cost is this low. The 6 x 6.5 ltr pots cost me £9, my tray is 38cm x 60cm, good fit, the middle two pots are raised 1" to fit the tray (only problem)
Results are just stunning, Migro used the 6 lamps in a 60cm x 60cm, the area is too large but it is perfect for a 60cm x 40cm, I would even flower plants off under these lights if I needed too
I hung the lights above a whiteboard and marked some squares(no walls), here the results

from what I can find online, the average lux is 27,500, online converter says 27.500 lux at 4000k is about 490.13 ppfd/umol/s/m2

    great a result IMO.

if anybody wants to do a 2ft x 2ft you will need 9 bulbs (112.5w) £40 bulbs(10), £30 lamp holders(12) you need thin wire(2.5mm) thick wire don't work really well.

migro got similar numbers but his room was 33% larger and I don't think the bulbs were spaced out as well as they could have been,
    you can see the difference.

I have a 3ft twin t5 daylight shade in my veg room, it's not bad but these 12.5w LEDs bulbs give off double the light, the t5's use 42w and cover 36" x 8"(about 16,000 lux(215.89 umol/j), 2" under the center Tube), the LEDs cover 18" x 24"(30,000 lux(534.68 umol/j) center) plant canopy penetration should be a lot better with leds.

Depends on how old your plants are. If under two weeks, than I would move it up A little. JMO Never mind, I guess those are your 6 plants? I would leave it like it is then.

Took my cuttings on the 14/08 few days before flowering the plants off.
They took 16 days to root,(30/08)
So there 12 days in veg, been topped.

Need to keep these plants short for the next 5 weeks, this could be a challenge.
Can't use the 6.5ltr pots, going to run out of height, so going to use my 2.5ltr buckets in my temporary veg cabinet.
