There's a training method that is the opposite of lst, scrog and similar. I forget what it's called. The plant has it's outer branches tied up closer to the main stem to reduce its footprint. Lets you get more plants in the space. Larger yields than free range with the same minimal veg time.

Just a thought because VPD has been on my mind. Assuming you have multiple plant stages in the same space, which stage plant would you want to cater to?

Seedlings need higher humidity, but you don't want your flowers to rot. Where's the happiest middle ground do ya reckon?

    Cheers,
    B

If it's a seedling you could put it under a dome to try and offset the low rh?

I use the lucas formula, so they get the same feed whatever their stage of growth.

With humidity, I let the loose end drag. The cellar is RH80% so that's what I grew in. I was extra attentive during the last few weeks of harvest and my losses to mould averaged 3%. I've not had any mould in my cupboard grows. Could be down to having a lot of air extraction. If it happens, I'll start being more attentive. The leaves get twisted and look ugly with low humidity but they still grow.

With a perpetual, the humidity will be more stable than most grows as the amount of total foliage won't vary much.

Never done a true SCROG, I think there a waste of time, JMO
I train my plants very similar to Mainlining, sometimes I even space my shoots out and use the net to hold the shoots in place.
My veg room is alway much smaller than my flower room, the veg space used for my current grow was 60cm X 40cm.

When you flower plants off, they grow 3-6 times the size, depending the strain so your veg room only needs to be 1/4 of the size with a low powered light on 18/24 hours.
