    Okay will do.
Just that i have floor heaters on so i was using a water stick to measure how dry the soil was and it was saying dry.
I just might not be dry right at the bottom of the soil

You can see two different shapes to the plants. The under watered one drops/sags where as the over watered one looks like a man that's just come from the gym. I'm having a similar problem at the minute and I've done shit loads of reading . I'm growing in coco and loads are saying you can't over water coco and loads say you can.
Cut back on water see how it goes

    Yo!
Lift up your pot and feel how much it weighs noe that it is dry.

If you are growing in soil you should water youe pots untill you get some runoff. They look big enough to handle it. Remove all the runoff water. Lift up your pot and swing it just a little. Feel the weight of it. And Lift it up every day till you feel its light and its time for water. This will be second nature later on.

I also think you are watering to little compared to your 22 l pots. In my 15l i water allmost 4.5liter and remove 0.5 from the runoff. Fill them up bro!

Your plants will look overwatered if younsoak them. But after some waterings you will not see it anymore. And you can kinda dial in how much to give her after some time. Good luck.

You can't over water coco, provided you have a large enough root mass to support the plant…

However while they’re seedlings (call it their first 2 weeks) you don’t want to completely saturate the coco, this will starve the (tiny little) roots of oxygen & growth will stunt.

When the media is damp the roots hunt out water & colonise the pot, building the foundation for plant growth (think damp, not soaked). Probably the best bet is to water a little every other day & increase this as growth takes off, to the point where you can water to run off.

Watering with a syringe (a 60ml one is a few quid) & allows to say add 50ml in drips to the pot, check a few minutes later for run off & repeat until you get drips coming out the bottom of the container. Then repeat 2 days later until growth picks up.

Starting seedling in a small fabric pot helps the coco dry quicker, so aids this process (bear in mind they drink very little in the early stages so if the media is saturated they could take a while to get going).

It’s basically a balancing act until you have enough of a root mass to saturate the pot without starving them of oxygen.

So you would empty all the run off out?
I have never done that before

After I feed I always empty-out the runoff. If it sits there overtime residue can collect and the EC can rise to toxic levels if the roots still have access to that runoff.
