    Default Howdy Partners

    Good afternoon everyone!

    I'm not sure exactly what to write here as I don't wanna give away too many of my personal details but here we go.

    I'm a mid 20s guy living in The UK, I have struggled with my mental and physical health for quite some time. I have a pain disorder that makes life unbearable at times. Along side this I have always battled with depression, anxiety and psychosis. The magic green medicine is the only thing that I have found that helps with my range of difficulties without a bunch of shitty side effects. As many of you know the street price is not exactly great. Add to that, the quality and potency is so variable it's hard for me to use it in a medicinal manner. So here I am.

    I currently homebrew making wines and ciders so I'm used to having to test liquids and following various procedures. I'm hoping that some of the skills are transferable, but we shall see.

    It's probably going to be some time until I can start growing as I need to move out first. I live with my mum due to my struggles with employment thanks to my health and we have quarterly inspections here so a grow is not really feasible. With that said, me and my partner are looking at moving in together in the near future and this will be my window of opportunity.

    Anyway, I look forward to reading as much as I can in the meantime and learning to be the best grower I can be.

    Hi and welcome.

    Homebrew skills are somewhat transferable to cultivation imo. The two hobbies are similar in that they both can be done easy peasy to get an acceptable result or they can be done with extra effort for a (hopefully) better result.
