I have this problem in 18 days plant , I'm wondering if I cut some big fan leaves with this logic cutting those will stimulate new growths and using those extra nitrogen , also more light in new growths . Is it possible ?

Cutting fan leaves is like taken it's solar panels away. It will slow growth not make it grow faster.
If you know for sure your nitrogen toxic. Leaves are dark green maybe waxy looking, curling down, then probably your best bet would be a flush. That would mean pouring three times the water that your pot would hold through your plant and then giving a very light feed at the end.
