I do hope everything is ok with facebook. I'd be lost without those fact checking websites that they support financially.

there is always snopes, their moto is "guaranteed to have a personal agenda surrounding every one of your questions".
might be a worthy alternative

Something strange is going with my FB account. I receive notifications almost every day, that someone wants to change the password. Has someone faced it? Because I;ve already protected the account a lot of times

it means somebody is trying to log in but doesn't know your password. my advice is to delete your facebook account, that should prevent any further log in attempts.
