Am I better off directing the fresh air duct into the lung room first and let dehumidifier work it's magic and then let the exhaust fan inside tent suck in more lung room air through the side flaps??
If you're pulling fresh air from outside and your dehumidifier is outside the tent, how does it lower the humidity?
I think I would do what you suggested and intake the fresh air into the room the tent is in.

It’s a £3 tote sealed around the units outlet with a spigot & duct. Ghetto, yet effective

More bang for buck pumping that dry air into the tent, seems inefficient to try & dry a whole room & hope that somehow drops the RH in the tent considerably (IMO).

I do have a separate intake fan also ducting in, if my dehumidifier wasn’t ducted straight it I’d want it’s outlet facing the intake fan so all they dry air gets sucked into the tent.

    Yes. I have a 4inch intake with a S4 ac infinity running at 1/10 24/7. Exhaust is running 7/10.

On my one (20L) you can adjust the desired humidity on it, but in that mode it brings down the humidity to that level & then shuts off for 1/2 an hour. After 1/2 an hour if humidity has risen it’ll turn back on & repeat. I just leave it in continuous mode, there are 2 fan speed settings to select & it just does it’s thing 24/7.

I just run it 24/7, sure it's like adding a 3rd light but it cuts the need for a heater down & balances my environment nicely. It typically keeps my RH below 50% throughout flower, where as the 12L would struggle to keep it below 60%. It adds heat so temp sits in the high 20's (my exhaust fan will start pulling it down at 28c). However my leaf surface temps sit around 22-23c in that ambient temp so VPD is pretty much bang on (the Inkbird is there for monitoring & a humidifier in the early stages).

*Edit: I might also add I ran it in the tent, but have switch to external & ducted it in (like a hot & dry intake fan). Mainly to save space & so I don't have to access the tent to empty it.
Very nice indeed. Does it reduse the airflow? If so overheating might be an issue?

I might adapt something similar to me grow

I use the same size. 20l. Running 24/7 at continues flow. Pushing air up into the roof where the intake to the tent is.

I have the 20l also, but I just have it sitting in the room the tent is in. Never had a problem with the Rh, even on auto mode.
I'd be to paranoid to enclose it, but then I'm one of those that sticks to what the manuals say

I doubt it mate, I imagine it runs cooler than when it was in the tent. Also my exhaust fan is a beast & my intake runs low, so I’d imagine the negative pressure of the tent is helping draw the air through the unit.
