Thanks guys. Looks like it's either the Meaco 20L low energy or the Meacodry abc 20L.

For what it's worth, when I got my 30L unit I thought it'd be no issue lugging the collection back and forth.
    Wrong.

If you're buying a new device, make sure you can attach a hose to it for the run off either outside or into a 5 gallon bucket. Saves a heap of time and keeps your room stable over night if the thing turns itself off from being too full.

    Cheers,
    B

Thanks barney_b. I ordered the Meaco 20L, should be here by Wednesday. It has a the ability to attach a hose, but the tank holds about 6L and I'm next to a bathroom so hopefully it won't be to bad.

My humidifier is ten feet from my bathroom. After a week of four trips a day and self shut off, you'll think of me

Hope it solves your issues immediately. Nothing like an easy fix.

    Cheers

Glad I found this thread. I've realised I could do with a humidifier in my 1m x1.4m x 1.8m(h) room. I was looking at hysure Dehumidifier Small Quiet Dehumidifier, Auto-off Dehumidifier for Home Damp. It's quite small but I thought it would probably do my space. What do you think?

V8 did you have a duct entering your lung room bringing fresh air in?

I have a similar setup a 1600mm X 1500mm room with a 1200x600 tent. My dehumidifier is in the lung room (although not much space) I have a duct running from outside through lung room straight into tent that's powered by a PC fan.

Am I better off directing the fresh air duct into the lung room first and let dehumidifier work it's magic and then let the exhaust fan inside tent suck in more lung room air through the side flaps??

That Meaco 20L is a beast & only 235W, my previous 12L was 220W & did fuckall in comparison (you can't run it on an Inkbird though as when it powers up it wants you to set the mode on it).

I just run it 24/7, sure it's like adding a 3rd light but it cuts the need for a heater down & balances my environment nicely. It typically keeps my RH below 50% throughout flower, where as the 12L would struggle to keep it below 60%. It adds heat so temp sits in the high 20's (my exhaust fan will start pulling it down at 28c). However my leaf surface temps sit around 22-23c in that ambient temp so VPD is pretty much bang on (the Inkbird is there for monitoring & a humidifier in the early stages).

*Edit: I might also add I ran it in the tent, but have switch to external & ducted it in (like a hot & dry intake fan). Mainly to save space & so I don't have to access the tent to empty it.

Not sure if available over yonder, but I have a Midea 50 pint / 23 liter that I'm pretty satisfied with. Wifi controls, so can make adjustments on the fly and afar. Elevated and drains into my 30gal drain to waste tote underneath. There is a pump inside the tote with hose attached. About once or twice a week, I pump the tote dry using the the pvc through-wall pipe behind tote. Might not all work for you but maybe an idea. It is good to get away from manually emptying the tank though, cause damn that sounds too much work!
