    Default Unanswered: Exhaust fan

So far I’ve got 2 x tornado box fan 3250 working off a hybrid controller but want more exhaust air removed. I was going to fit a fan & run it 24/7 on a controller. At the moment my temps are sitting at 28-31 .. what fan can I buy that’s around £100-130 with low noise? I’ll add an extra carbon filter in with this. Thanks

What V8 said. AC Infinity fans. More airflow, less noise and less power consumption.

Like V8 said the AC Infinity is a great choice. I would suggest
getting the Controller 67 with it. They have an ec motor so
    very quiet and low wattage.

If you can buy the S6 version. Its bigger then the S4 and you can then run it at a lower speed = less noise.

Over a speed of 6-7/10 they to make some noise. Atm i have a S4 in my 1mx1m and its running on 7/10. Still quiet but if i had a S6 i could run it at 5/10. JMO

I have the S6 with a carbon filter on, in a 1.2 x 1.2 on setting 3 so would be quieter still. Its only 32db at full chat

NO SELL, NO SMELL, NO TELL!!!

To put the decibel numbers into perspective, an extra 3db means twice as loud. I was looking at 4" bathroom fart fans and most of them were 45db.

I haven't fitted my S4 yet although I have powered it up in the kitchen. Very quiet. Next to no vibration.
