It could double up as a trimming machine.

I've had something similar....forgot the name of them but are black and lime green coloured. Lol went through 3 in 1 week as they stop turning, I guess everyone wants to get in on the game but make cheap products. Not tried the secret jardin ones though

I think a constant wind in the flower room would make the plants strong, I reckon lots of plants in the wild would experience wind this strong, less build-up of humidity in the canopy, and the small flys have no chance, no hot spots, good mix of CO2.

    Hi done
Just done a little search up of those ram eco fans it's saying to face them to the tent wall and let the air bounce off. I like the look off them and might get one for my tent but would I be able to hang it from the roof bars? Don't look like any hanging points

    I've tried-

    Diffuseair with rvk- loud
    Tower fans- tall as hell
Oscillating fans - don't last long
Ram Air eco fans - good but not when up against tent walls.

Has anyone got a fan that cuts off when it's knocked over.....can this be altered not to trip put if put facing down.

Let me know what you guys think or have found to work best be nice to see what can be done to get the air flowing how we want around the room and might give others ideas to try.

    Cheers

The ram air square upright fans are ok switch off when toppled over, alas they are not very powerful but are very quiet and last longer than the norm.

I have them ones mate and they do seem to last, I've got around them not switching off now when laying flat. I think they give a nice breeze over the plants as you don't want gale force haha

You can hang them from the back pretty easy or just drill a hole in the unit.

Have a look at the double wall fan in the pic. Was a grower Keef Treez who designed The Grow Tunnel. Originally 8'x4' with 3 x 400w hps. Gave results equal to 2 x 1kw hps. The extra performance was because the entire top half of the cab was the reflector, the cross section of which was a flattened parabola.

For airflow, he had 2 of those double wall fans. One each end. May have been a different model.

A tent/cab could have those built into the walls. Won't get in the way and avoids the need for oscillation.

e2a: He had them blowing one in, one out. For a tent/cab, it would be both of them blowing in.

Ive seen a couple growers use the 6” fresh hyper fans as air movement fans for the canopy.
Id imagine you can turn the speed down and they would be very reliable but at a cost.

Looks like you have a smart idea there pal.
