    Question what is 'Earthy' flavor?

so im picking thru different strains to select for my next grow and i keep coming across 'earthy'.. To me, that means it tastes like dirt. I know that cant be right but its a turn off, so i pass.
Skunk is one of the strains im seeing described as earthy, but i dont get it. Seems like skunk should be described as skunky or pungent piney diesel or better yet, skunky!
Also, whats the strongest smelling strain you've grown? as in you open a jar or bag of it, and the aroma fills the room. Thanks!

White widow, I managed to get a clone a while back and it was one of the strongest smelling and frosty Strains I've ever grown. Click image for larger version.

With red wine, 'earthy' is used to mean a fuller flavour.

There are a few sites on the web that will show you how to make Terpinator for pennies on the dollar. Some of these nutrient packages are simple ingredients and huge markups. I can’t include links, but a Google search will work.

Earthy quite literally means like soil. I would describe my white widow as earthy. That is to say, it tastes like dirt and smells like the outside, lol.

To each their own. Some people really enjoy strains that smell like cat piss. I have a cat. Fuck that noise.

    Cheers,
    B

For an example mushrooms are described as earthy a lot of times.
