Default Growing in the sun ?

After getting seeds to germinate, the first week seems to go great.(I tend to lose out in the second week stems getting very thin then just give up)
Can I put 7 day old seeds in sun starting from an hour then increasing as the second week progressors.

After spending time in the sun,
I can take back to T5 and complete 18 hours on.
This is a veranda grow using coco core perlite and 10 % potting soil.
Very light 1/2 mill in a litre of nutes after four days.I check weight of cup before watering.
I only have T5 lights available, so any tips would come in handy.
    Happy growing all.

    It's about root temperatures.

Tiny little plant in the garden soil? She has the entirety of mother earth acting as a heat sink. Tiny little plant in a tiny little pot out in the sun? Those roots are going to overheat and she will die.
