Default First attempt at growing, 1-2 leaves have yellow marks

Hi guys, it's my first grow and I have no idea what I'm doing! I've read the "7 Step Guide to 99% of Cannabis Growing Problems" from this forum and I'm still not sure what's wrong with this plant:

I have some weird yellow marks primarily on one leaf only, I'm curious if anyone knows what caused it?

Also, as you can see I have some drooping going on, can anyone tell me if this is overwatered or underwatered?

Any other tips would be appreciated too!

    Welcome to the talk

Soils not my bag so will let the more knowledgable muck chuckers help you there.

While we wait for them to arrive let's see if we can get a few extra details to help them diagnose

Have you added any nutrients at all? If not what nutrients do you plan to add?

How often have you been watering previously? times per week and amount etc

You listed your environment, is this pretty stable temp and humidity wise or does it fluctuate?

NO SELL, NO SMELL, NO TELL!!!

Alright mate, how much water have you been pouring in when you water it? Do you get any runoff, and do you let the pot go dry before watering again?

    Thanks guys - more details:

    - I have added a very tiny amount of nutrients, using Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect. They suggest 2ml per litre for small plants - I've used an eighth of that (0.5ml in 4L of water) and I only used 1 of the 3 bottles (Micro), they suggest using all 3 at once
    - I've been watering every 2nd day, I soak it till I see some runoff from the 3 gallon cloth bag (approx 0.5L - 1L of water), Usually by the next day if I put my finger in it's almost dry.
    - Stable environment except for when my humidifier runs out of water which has happened several times, 27c temp. Humidity is 55% with it on, it drops to maybe 30% with it off.

correction: i've only used 1/16th of the recommended amount - 0.125ml per litre, and from only one bottle, so I don't think it's nutrient burn

    .
Only thing I could think at this stage is overwaterin. Ideally you let it go dry so the pot is almost as light as a feather, doin the finger in the dirt trick works well but can be a bit misleading. if it's still drinkin at the bottom. Let it dry out completely, you'll be able to tell by the weight. It'll surprise you how light it is. Then water it so you have a little bit of runoff, soon as you see a bit dribble out you'll most likely be done, once it starts more will follow as it drains down. Make sure it doesn't sit in the runoff. Don't feed it because although you have no toxicity issues the leaves are nice and dark so will be good for a cple more waterings. Kudos on not listenin to the bottle and doing tiny amounts, you saved yourself a headache by not feedin via bottle guide

Do you have any cal/mag? The distilled water has none. You don't need nutes
right now the ffof has plenty of nutes at the moment.
Is there a reason your using distilled and not tap water?

    Hey Hey!

The brown spot can just be his sweaty arms been near the leaf?

As blue said no need to feed since your soil is rich.

Is there a reason you PH your water?

Looks overwatered. Overwatering was my absolute biggest problem early-on in growing cannabis. Yur plant overall looks healthy, so I wouldn't worry about one leaf with a blemish. The blemish may be the result of overwatering.

    - No cal/mag is something I don't have and I keep hearing people talk about. I guess I should order some? It's not included with my Advanced Nutrients ph Perfect? It has three bottles: Micro, Grow, Bloom - no cal/mag?
    - I'm not sure why I'm using distilled water, I just assumed it would be safer than tap water
    - I'm not sure why I pH the water either, I've been trying to get in in the 6.3-6.8 range based on what I've heard others doing. I think my distilled water and my tap water are both a little over 7 without adjustment.
