Default LED lights to keep a mother plant.

I’ve have a plant that has grown really well and slowly under 2 x 10 W IKEA vaxer bulbs.

I popped the seed in early July and she’s getting a bit big now.

What would be a good light to keep her happy but growing slow?

I nearly bought one of the small spider farm QB copies (sf 1000), but I think she would grow too quick under that?

Would a cheap blurple be a better option?

    Thanks.
