Default 2 x rhino ryder auto topped and lollipop'd

    Hi everyone

Hope you are all well and enjoying your evening, just thought I would share a couple of pics of my 8 week old rhino ryder autos.

Tried topping and lollipoping for the first time and think things are going well, on the pack it says 9 to 10 weeks lol don't think that will be happening.

Last time I grew a rhino I let it grow naturally and got 39 grams of it so I thought I would experiment and see if I could do better. Have to say I'm having fun this grow just fkn around and seeing what happens. If I pull less weight well fk it at least I had fun.Click image for larger version.

From what I see, you may get a bigger harvest by adjusting the light height

    Hi MC

hope you are well, I will adjust the height tonight while I'm in the tent, do you think I should move it a tad closer to get more light to the sites?. The have only really started flowering think the times you get on the packs are a joke lol

I reckon they will be ready for Xmas at this rate lol

Yeah, looks to be a lot of stretch on her, if you can cut that stretch down then the bottom buds get more light &, in total, that means more harvest weight

Looks like you have been flowering at least a week + what light are you using & how far above the plant is it?

It would be about 2 weeks flowering mate, I grew this strain before was half the size and it finished in 8 weeks.

I'm just using a 250w hps mate and I'm happy enough, was thinking about led but I will get round to it one day.

My lights are a fair bit away to be honest mate was scared of heat/light damaging them, made a fk up last grow but if you suggest moving them down you know more than me mate so I know your advice is golden

A 250w HPS you say.... that's right in my territory as I also have a 250w HPS The only real difference is that I also use a cool tube...

Whilst not all plants are the same, aim for 6/9 inch from the top & then just adjust the height as she grows

This is the sort of thing you should be aiming at...

    (my last 2 grows)

Brilliant mate thank you so much for the advice I will adjust my lights tonight and make sure to take on board what you have said for future grows.

Them plants look Brilliant mate well done, if you don't mind me asking what did you pull off them?

My last grow was 3 sunset sherbet photos and I pulled 6.5 oz, I completely winged it and it was just a fluke lol don't know how the hell I managed it.

Here is a pic of my two girls at the moment

    6.5oz is quite respectable

But, for us smaller growers, we need to maximise what we have & that means utalising as much light as possible by having the plants as close to the light as you can (without scorching them)

Thanks mate that's a boost to the confidence, I like a lot of weed lol so I'm constantly asking questions etc to get the most out of what I'm doing.

I like to help close friends and family in need, my friends dad is riddled with cancer and the only thing helps him is the green goddess. I called down with 2 oz and give him them, he tried to hand me money but I'm not into that so we settled on a crate of beer as payment lol people will think I'm mad but it's about help not profit.

He was like what the fk was that you gave me it blew the fkn head of me lol I asked did it help with the cancer pain to which he replied by the time a finished my joint I forgot I even had fkn cancer lol
