    Default Exhaust /carbon filter

Would it be possible to use an exhaust / carbon filter on a smaller grow tent size 12x12x24 inches tent has a 4inch port on it I know it's a small size tent but I wanted to try for an experiment let me know what you think? The exhaust fan carbon filter will be outside of the tent

You'd probably have to turn whatever extraction fan you get on the lowest setting possible or your tent may implode.

    Cheers.

In a tent that small have the fan and filter outside the tent, but yes will work fine. Have the fan pull air from the tent and push the air out through the filter, connect the filter to the fan and a short couple of inches ducting the other end to the tent

Even a 4 inch fan is overkill for that space so you will need some way to turn it down

NO SELL, NO SMELL, NO TELL!!!

Awesome Thanks for the reply. I have a controller to turn the fan down.

Best not to go less than 40% of full power as the fan needs enough airflow to keep the motor cool.

That made no sence Then the fan should have a label " might overheat and catch fire if ran at 1-4/10".

You could also run a short piece of pipe and damper if you dont have a fan with controls
