Stoner Moments - a thread

Thought this one might be fun. You ever have those little brain-lapses that you blame on old age but might have actually been caused by the joint stuck to your lip?
Or rub your eye after handling your pH down?
Leave your lights off for a day after checking the lights or stick a syringe of rhizo in your mouth?

We all have em. Sometimes harmless, sometimes painful, almost always funny in hindsight.

I can certainly kick things off. I was trying to help my sister understand how to use a dab rig. Doing the lord's work and what not.

Somehow, while showing her what the cap was for and how to use it, I forgot that I'd actually heated the nail up during my demo. The nail is from a company called Yo Dabba Dabba and the bottom has 'YO' imprinted. I decided to adjust the scorching hot nail with my finger for some fucking reason. So I've been walking around like a doofus with a 'YO' burnt into my finger since last week. The Y has faded, thankfully. The pain is gone but the pride will never be regained.



What was I thinking?

AA is a difficult hand to play well. Many players can't fold it even when it's obvious that their opponent has something better than a single pair.

Too many stoner mistakes to remember them all. For 5 days, I forgot that I had a grow on. Growing Kali Mist from seed and giving them a full veg. Enter 9 Triffids. First grow in the cupboard I forgot that vermiculite can be overwatered and fed them twice a day. Luckily for me, 1 of them died while the others were merely sad. Forgetting to check the runoff bucket before feeding and having it overflow.

I was playing aces a few nights ago on the button. BB raised about 3x and I was so excited and stoned, I spent 20 servings trying you do the math on how much to raise.. Timed out and automatic fold. Then a rage quit.

Stupid rockets.
