How many have you harvested M_C?

Curious if it's worth giving one a shot.

See you in the what did you eat today thread then?
How's the flavor compared to store bought? Is a mushroom a mushroom?

    Cheers M_C

Ah! Sarnie is sandwich to the rest of the world

Flavour, and smell wise, they are much stonger than I would buy.... and it's a good thing as they really do taste nice

everything i grow, not just mushrooms, tastes better than store fruit and veg. sometimes it is hard to tell if it is genuinely better or it just tastes better because of the personal attachment, but after giving home grown food to friends and family without telling them it is home grown and getting great feedback i am starting to think it is genuinely better.
when you look into the practices that take place in mass food supply chains you quickly see why home grown tastes better. it's not much different than buying street weed vs growing your own.
