Default What you all having for Christmas Dinner?

Mrs M_C & myself aren't great fans of turkey... so we tend to go for an alternative instead...

    This is this years menu

    What are you having?

We usually go to India for Christmas.
Lost last years holiday and no visas granted for this year (well there are but you have to jump through hoops.)
So I would always have a curry on Christmas Day.

Can’t do it in the UK though it just don’t feel right.
So it’s Turkey and Beef as per
Have a lovely Christmas dear xx

Lovely recipe card! That gives me ideas for next year's T-day.

We go pretty big on Christmas. Glazed Ham, Beef, Fried Turkey. We've a large family and who doesn't love leftovers? I miss when mom was healthier and she'd make lamb roast. Mmm lamb.
Kind of weird now that I think of it, eating the Lamb of God on Xmas. I guess it's like taking communion.

@Bethmeg - well ain't that a wonderful tradition!?!?! Nice to meet you peanut butter, I'm jelly.

    Cheers,
    B

Never? You simply must! Sea candy. Little shallot, butter, white wine... Divine!

Boring and traditional, infinite pigs in blankets, sprouts, bread sauce, roast spuds, turkey, parsnip, other veg I guess, homemade gravy, stuffin...It's a good job I've ordered a chinese.
