    I wasn’t aware the ultra was $1500.

I wrongly assumed the $675 ‘commercial” was the ultra.

I’ve ordered the 3.2. Hopefully the warranty discrepancy will be resolved.

    Scorpion arrived today.

I know it’s for a 5x5, but looking at the par map, I’m thinking a 4x4 would be ok?

How much of a discount do we get on the HLG lights? Looking to get a good light for my 4’x4’ with my tax check coming up. Feel free to pm me if you dont want to post a link or would recommend a better light from a competitor

I going with a 5x5. I was looking at a par map of a earlier version.

Gonna be fun getting this in the attic. I’ll have to remove the ladders wrap a sheet around it and hoist it up.

    It’s a beast. I’m shocked.

I imagined it to be 3 x my Kingbrite 240w quantum board in terms of size.

Was a stoned impulse buy but I’m happy.

Impulse buy or not, nothing wrong with investing in a good light. Everyone here invests so much time and effort with their plants. I know i dont have cheap shit in my tool box at work. You’d almost have to be an idiot to not invest in a good light, you owe it to yourself and to the plants

I've done 4 grows in my 7 sft cupboard with a 315w cmh, I'm used to opening the door and seeing a bright light. I now have 2 x HLG 100 in there. Hung as high as they will go. Holy fuck they're bright. The brightness amazes me every time I open the door.

If starting on a low budget, a cheap light can make sense. The sooner the dealer is sacked, the better. An entry level hps might only be used for 3 or 4 grows but that can be cost effective compared to saving for an led while still buying street weed.
