i got loads of brown pistils at on 45 days into 12/12...growing in soil under led lights and temp never go below 20 c...do i haver an issue here or am i ok.?

Maaaybe your light is 2 close. The leaves are clawing upwards alot.

As far as I am aware pistils can color change as early or even eairler than week 5 of many photo period plants, so nothing to be worried about.
Check the trichs for when to harvest not the pistils, Goodluck man.
It's not a great pic but things look OK to me...
