I usually do 1 big before flower and 1 some days before stretch is done in flower. After that its just 3-4 leaves here and there that blockes bud sites.

In the past I would strip right before flip and near the end of week 3...doesn't really make much difference tho from my experience...just remove big fan leaves that are blocking bud sites and your good
If you do this, try not to do it in late flower
