I've got an old darkroom photography light meter that I'll dig out when fitting my led. (An Ilford EM10.) I don't care what parts of the spectrum it doesn't read. It will tell me if one area is brighter than others and that's all I need to get the illumination as even as possible.

This will explain why Lux meters and phone apps are useless for measuring LED light output.
