    There ya go, found it and it uses three different LED lights to make the point that all LED lights are different when converting LUX to PAR. But if you add up all the conversion factors and then average, you can use LUX to get a reasonable PAR result on any light.

    No. I uave my stand alone meter and downloaded the app in the video to compare. The app was free to download. I missed the Uni-T device in the video. I was focused on the app.
    The Uni-T device uses the lux to par conversion so its better than nothing and definitely significantly cheaper a real par meter.
    The issue I have with the conversion method is that when working with a high par the 7% difference is 60 points which can make a difference when aiming for 900 par.

    Ethos 4430 light meter measures blue, white, red etc as lux meters go it's decent enough

    My experience with apps isn't great with a Sony xz Android, not worth downloading tbh.
