Default Hoselock 2810 Growbag Plant Waterer.

I've only just come across this. Looks interesting if you want an easy soil grow. Works by capillary action. ~£22 delivered.

    (Less than 2 minutes.)

Awkward to find 'soil in a bag' grow bags on the bay as fabric pots are also referred to as grow bags.

As well as a generic 24L grow bag for tomatoes, I found 'Levington Organic Blend Top Soil 20 Litres'. Which may or may not be fully organic. 20L would be a decent size for my space and good for 1 or 2 plants.

I fancy trying it for a laugh although August will be the soonest I can do that.

I'd be worried about the coco pellet drying out before the capillary action got the soil moist enough for the new roots to go exploring. Give one watering to get things started?

Chances of it working with a weed grow?

It sounds viable... but then a lot of these things do....

    You going to try one?

I'd definitely be interested in seeing you test it Farmer Geddon..it looks like it should work, essentially a wicking system?

Looks great for those who grow toms in those bags too

Certainly innovative. It sounds designed to add plain water only. I've never grown cannabis from start to finish by only adding water.

Somewhere it mentioned that you can pour in nutes.

I got myself looking forward to trying it the grow after next.

Then I find out that it's 95 cm long. My cupboard isn't much more than 80cm square. Grrr...

Users might want to keep in mind adding nutes or supplements in the reservoir might eventually clog or interfere with the wicking action.
