    Default Raising and lowering PH?

Straight in the res or do you dilute first then in the res, if it’s dilute first, to what ratio?

    Thanks in advance

Thanks Barney, what amount would you suggest starting with in 30ltrs of water? There’s nothing written on the bottle.

I usually add a touch, stir, walk away then come back to measure. As many times as it takes. Over time though, you can pretty much guess how much you need depending on volume and the delta to your range. If you go too far, root stim seems to do the trick to bring it back up.

I honestly have no idea how much pH down I use. Just like A and B. I just use it until it's enough.

    Cheers

A bigger res. will usually hold the ph more stable.

My wilma system is something close to 30lt res, and I usually use a pipette to drop my ph up/down into the res, then my pump circulates it

So far, for my water, it takes roughly 20 drops PH up to get to 5.8(once nutes are mixed in), but yours will most definitely be different ratio
