Default Any ideas on what this could be?

got 6 plants going at the moment and will all be 2 weeks old on Monday, I've noticed in past 3 days on just one of the plants these orange/rusty spots are developing on the plants?

as you can see in the picture its affecting the bottom leafs, it's the only plant affected which is strange.(I took pictures after spraying them thats the liquid covering the leaves)

it's my 4th grow and this is the earliest I've seen changes to the leaves, Reading online and going from a past grow I've treated it as thrips and given them a spray with neem oil moxed with castile soap, am i right in thinking this or is a some form of nutrient problem ? only thing ive done different to my other grows is I've used plant magic root stimulant for the first time at 1.5ml per/l which is lower then half the recommended?

any replies would be much appreciated thanks.Click image for larger version.

Do you own a loup? Need to get a close look at them leaves...
When i noticed these blotches on my leaves i had a bug infestation.

Edit: just noticed your leaves are wet? Are you misting with lights on?

just checked then with the loup and can't see anything like that, I've had this before just not this early they are only 2 weeks old, I've sprayed with neem oil anyways but could this be a calcium issue ? I'm using plant magic supreme soil as I always use but never seen a problem like this as early as this before

just checked a there slight spot appearing on other plants, there wedding cheesecake autos from fast buds never grown them before so I'm a bit lost haha
