flavor profile lacking

greetings,
I've been growing hydroponically since 1998 and have (after a learning curve) always grown potent weed. I get about .7 - .9grams per watt yield depending on the strain. So I'm happy with how my grows go. But I feel like the flavor profile of the strains I grow all have a similar flavor. My Northern Lights doesn't seem to have the terpene content I'm looking for. I just finished a crop of Super Skunk #1 which ended up smelling and tasting much like the Northern Lights. I was looking for a skunkier profile.

I am using GH Flora series 3 part fertilizer and koolbloom supplement during flower. Sometimes I add bud enhancers but on the last two crops I haven't. I feel like I'm missing nutrients but I don't know what. Any suggestions on what I can do with this setup to get a better flavor profile from my grows is much appreciated!

There are plenty of enhancers you can buy but, until you are the best grower that you can be, the cost of them probably outweighs the benefits

Welcome to the forum brother terminator the last two weeks will sort you. You'll be surprised feed one day and the next day your plants are going to stink like you never smelled.

They will of course suggest you use it all the way through in very large amounts, but that's ridiculous you only need the last 2 weeks.

It's clear from your avatar that growing is not a problem for you.

I've alway seem to pretty-much get what a strain purports regarding taste and smell. However I speak as a soil grower.

Do you grow autos or photo's? If noticed the terpine profile on autos to be very poor compared to photoperiod plants.

When I took this advice on my PEX grow, I was surprised by how quickly the plants responded to the Terpinator.

Seemingly overnight they went from pleasant to pervasive!

Might go ahead and give it another go.

could have done with a heads up a little sooner!
any advice on getting rid of pests in the grow room when the pests are time traveling killer cyborgs?
