Germination station

After recent issues with germination decided to make this and get it indoors.
First up Bubba Chem Walker auto.

I germ on top of heatmat in plastic tub of water mate as soon as they pop their moved on

I usually get pretty high germination rate but last few months been hit and miss

There's something going on with seeds and the recent germination problems.

I've never been a fan of the paper towel method but if it works, it works. Lately, it doesn't work 100% and neither do other methods. Currently, paper towel seems to suck the most. Is that because it was always 2nd best and the seeds previously being 100% viable made up for that?

My theory is that: If the beans are 100% viable, then a less than 100% germination method can give 100% results. If the seeds are 85% viable, a less than perfect germination method can give less than 85% results.

Yo yo update on my patent pending germination station.

Pic 2- Cindy jock auto 1 popped in 6 hours,fastest germination ever 4 me no lie, so the station defo works ha ha.
Pic 3-Cindy jock auto 2 still solid.
Pic 4-Bubba Chem Walker auto still solid.
Will start diaries when happy seedling stage not to jinx it.
