    Default Cannabis and workout recovery

    I was reading an article on this subject that said not to workout ON cannabis but more studies linked it to being useful for workout recovery. I know some people who bake and then lift. I'm always shook when I see pro athletes being banned for cannabis use, as if it gives you any edge in sport other than in recovery.

    Do you guys ever workout high or use cannabis for recovery?

    No links bud.

    But I was good and medicated when I went to the gym. Helps keep the "they are looking at me judging me I'm in the wrong place" away. That plus an excellent audio book.

    Same if I'm going on a bike ride but that's more for enjoyment reasons if I'm honest.

    And recovery.. well I usually smoke when I get home too!

    I don't use cannabis during any "strenuous" exercise or physical undertakings. I will though however indulge when I do my weekly yoga.

    Some kind of manual therapy or flexibility would IMO benefit greatly with the use of cannabis prior. I have done that myself and that little bit of AVB loosened my muscles very nicely after some intense stretching. But actual lifting and what not, probably a bad idea. And in addition, if you are in the bulking phase of your program, a good dose of munchies would help with eating all that food. IMO time it so the munch kicks in just as the workout is finished, then stuff your face with the right nutrition and watch yourself grow!

    Swing hammer, hammer hammer swing!!! Not a "rope hammer" though, they have recently been deemed very naughty in the UK. Who in their right mind would think that one of those was easy to operate, seriously. Let's see a video of them swinging one of those.     Gym at 6:15 or so. So I don't smoke before working out anymore. I liked it better medicated.
