Now let's begin.
1. First things first, make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before starting. Trust me; you don't want contaminated resin––it sucks.
2. Select a plant that's 3-4 weeks away from reaching full maturity. Now remove the buds you want to use, and trim away any excess leaves.
3. Grab a nice sized bud, and start rubbing it slowly back and forth between your palms. After a while, you'll notice a thick, brown-black residue beginning to coat your hands. Try to avoid rubbing your hands too vigorously, as this could cause you to lose resin rather than extracting more of it.
4. Once you’ve extracted enough resin, lightly squeeze and roll the tip of your thumb against your palm to create a ball. Remember, the slower you go, the higher quality of the resin.
