Never used leds before and as leds are a lot more
Intense I would like to find out distances they need to
Be at from them canopy at the different stages of growth
And at which power % at those stages.

Ie…veg and flower

My little IS and Hlg go at 30 inch seed/sprout, 22-24 in veg and 16-18 in flower. They can cause mag defs or bleachin if they're too low/powerful. I try runnin on full power and adjust height

Yeah thanks, he’s at 24inch on 25% power just about to repot and they’ve had a droop
So told him to raise them up till more info Is found but there doesn’t seem

Usually each brand has it's own guidelines on hangin height, I've got a migro I can hang at 6 - 8 inch on full, the rest go as I said above. If they're in veggin stage I'd say put it on full power and work backward if needed, you could spend ages inchin forward, each to their own though, eh
