& yes… Synthetic nutrients are “salts” a high EC (or any EC for that matter ) increases the salinity of the media (microbes typically aren’t a fan of this.

I dropped my feed EC to 1.5 as EcoThrive state not to add their Biosys inoculant to anything higher. I’ve been messing around with what I am calling “Living Coco” in my current grow (link in my signature)

do you think 1.5EC is a good rule of thumb for all the bennies on the market? Great white, Plant magis granules ect

Probably as all these inoculants contain basically the same contents.

Bear in mind if you’re amending they’ll be extra nutrition available so you could run a lower EC salt based feed (which is probably better for the microbes too).

Interesting thread with a lot of valuable info. Tried "living coco" with BioTabs but didn't last the whole grow as claimed and had to finish grow with Canna Coco. Thanks for spreadsheet it makes easier to compare the products

i literally just watered last night wih some great white mixes in for the roots im not feeding yet ,, it fresh soil got a couple weeks of food in them still
