    Why can’t I upload a simple photo. I know it says the image is to big what’s the easiest way to upload?

    You might have to shrink the images can't be above 2mb

    If you just crop the images slightly they should work for you.

    When I take a photo the file is around 10mb, so I take a screen shot and crop the network, vpn, time etc out of the picture, that shrinks it to around 1mb screen shots have always uploaded.
