Default Using IWS autodrain tray (35cm) without control pot??

Hi, I'm looking at a way to drain any run off from my fabric pots without having to individually empty each reservoir under each pot. I've had a look at the IWS run off trays and was wondering if there is any way of using them without actually having to buy the control pot which I think is too pricey for a small grow.
Has anyone managed to find a way of doing this or maybe have any ideas as to how to drain run off easily?
I am going to grow 5 or 6 plants , last grow I only had 3 plants and it was a ballache even then having to empty each tray after each feed.
    Any help welcome, thanks.

Just had a thought. Using a 1m² plastic tray, on a small gradient, with these iws stands would work well. The runoff would collect in one corner where I could remove it with a large 500ml syringe.

just read a bit more about the garland tray. it is ribbed which means there is no need for the IWS trays so thats saved me another £50.

I use a garden tray with a hole in it. The runoff falls into a bucket underneath. If not enough height, instead of a bucket, you could use a shorter container. Cat litter tray?

I use one of these instead of a syringe.

It's a hand held pump V8. Just put the big end in the fluid and the hose in a bucket and push the button.

Cost about $15.00 usd. Got it on Amazon.
