Suggestions needed?

I have a metal cabinet I'm turning into a hidden grow space and I wanna use an Auto pot watering system I plan to leave the water Reservoir outside the cabinet but I need to be able to run a hose from the reservoir to inside the cabinet so I need to drill a hole for the hose to fit through the hole... Any ideas how I can seal the hole so its light and small proof and still be able to replace the hose when need be any suggestions would be appreciated Thanks

I’d just caulk it, or find some grommet

Perhaps hot water piping insulation (tubular foam). I plug a lot of holes up with it and its easily replaced.
