Has anything ever grown properly in that tent?
Ya I've had at least one successful grow also the vent is to the larger tent so air get pulled from this one to the larger tent before it blows outside

is the LED the only difference? so everything else is exactly the same?
if so it must be the light or the way you are using the light. how high is it? i found PPFD plots that somebody created for your light but i can't link to it here, but i would say for seedlings the light should be about 54"-60" high. maybe it is too close?
if you want the link let me know and i will PM it to you.

Thanks I used a phone app par meter that I calibrated according to the par chart I found and have kept itaround 200-300 its raised probably around 50" I put my old 400 watt hps in there while I'm waiting for the cfl bulb the solo cups seemed to finally be drying this morning temps went from 73 to 82 I'm thinking the led isn't producing enough heat to dry the soil so they drown

They may have just been drinking less because of the cooler temps.
