I'm interested in this as I have never put as much thought into filtration

I take it you're exhausting directly into the lung room.

I plan on running my exhaust in this manner at some point, however I 'll enclose the carbon filter & then duct the enclosure to the window...

Back to the original comment about the loose fit. I messaged them asking what the best solution for this and they replied with “ To create an air seal then you can use hvac tape, duct tape, or attach a small piece of ducting in between the two. We are currently working on an accessory to better join the two”

So at least they know the fit is shit

Got the curve from AC Infinity yesterday. It's a very very basic one. Was hoping there would be power level, efficiency and npsh numbers on it like there should be on a real curve. One thing the curve shows and I would expect to see it is how the two fan blades work together as they should right in the middle of the curve. The blower is a serial pump. One fan blade making pressure and cfm and the second adding to pressure but no real cfm improvement. You can see the bump in the curve twords max cfm where one fan blade is really doing all the work. It cant add enough pressure to feed the second blade correctly. And then twords dead head to the left where both are ramping up to make max pressure and cfm falls off drastically to what we call dead head. The middle part of the curve is where it really wants to run. I have asked customer support if there is a button hack or such were I can get into the firmware and tighten up the differential settings and adjust the speed steps up and down and maybe do some off set adjustments. I've spent years setting up Variable Frequency Drives, PID controllers and other automation equipment. I know there are expanded settings in there control software. Question is will they let me at them. Or do I want to spend the time needed to write some code and go in an and do it myself.
