$599.00 for the 2x4x72 kit, a extra 100w light because 200w alone isn't enough $99.00 and 1ea. 6" fan wont cut it so add 2ea $80.00, Inkbird $70.00, Light timer, power strip and cords $60.00,,,,, $908.00

    My kit will be a 2x4x7'11" Gorilla $245.00, a HLG 350R $474, AC Infinity T6 fan/control/filter $229.00, 3ea. 6" circ fans $75.00, Inkbird $70.00, Light timer, power strip and cords $60.00,,,,, $1153.00

Just have to roll my own.
I had a T6 on my 3x3. It's overpowered for that kind of space. I've the 4 inch on that tent now and it never goes above 50%. You might save a few bones there honestly.

Else, sounds like a really good start. Looking forward to the setup, psy.

    What's the advantage of a T6 over an S6?

The fans themselves are the exact same. It's the controllers that are different.

What you do is put the fan in on mode and set the fan speed where you want it. Then in auto mode that is your max speed. So in my 3x3 I have it set to 3 so in auto mode it never goes above 3 until I change it in on mode. I like a larger fan running slower and in the event I need more cfm the 6" will destroy the 4". Remember when the filter is in place especially on the suction side of the fan it will completely gut the cfm. All cfm specs are taken with no filter in use....

I'm not talking theory. I've actually had both the fans in tents about your size. I quite understand how to use the controller too having both the original and 67 in use currently.

Regardless, it's a hell of a fan and will be near silent for you. A high CFM kit would be a good addition perhaps. That way you can use every bit of your space as the wall threaten to implode!

    Cheers

I actually spoke to a rep of AC Infinity to get this info.

You might find this chart useful has they use ec motors.

I've never been keen on temp controlled fans. It is jarring when the fan changes speed and it's more likely that the neighbours notice. Usually, I set a fan to the loudest I can tolerate and leave it at that. The consistent noise becomes background and gets tuned out.

Not as big a problem with the AC Infinity fans as they are so quiet. My S4 is currently running 3/10. Standing outside my groom door in the hall, the little humidifier in my kitchen is louder. The fan on my oven is louder.

Don't need a high CFM Kit for the tent because I know how to setup and run the fan properly and load the fan correctly.

Never one to shy from a learning experience, I'll be following closely to see how an extraction fan is used.
