I use the lumatek Zeus pro 600w led.I think it may be a little large for a 1m square space but I absolutely love it.
My diary is in the hydro section if you wish to see it

They do others smaller lights so another brand to check out there.

My HLG Dual 260 Rspec with UVA-30 is going in my 3' x 3' tent today in preparation to flipping to flower this Thursday. The power to flower! No more wall flower time for the light. Time to go to work!

I'm thinking I'm going to get the Lumatek ZEUS 465w Compact Pro, a little more light than I need for the 1x1m but this way I can run it at less than full power all the time.

I'll update when I make the purchase as I'm still at the waiting on seeds arriving stage.

led is not without problems. Not only the extra intensity to deal with, there is a distinct lack of heat. Something I am struggling with at the moment.

My new leds are hung high and currently about 4' above the canopy. Up till last week they were on half lighting, one led switched off. (No dimmers.) A bit too stretchy but healthy enough. Both lights running for the past week and all 4 plants are complaining. The tallest has at least one crispy leaf burnt white. I'm not talking killer wattage here. 95w times 2 in 7 square foot and the lights 12" from the ceiling. Either 27w psf or 13.5w psf. What seems to be making the difference is the temps. 17'C. With my 315w cmh, the temps would be 25'C. For a cost of about an extra 140w.

I don't think I can raise the temps to 25'C cheaper than by using the cmh. Which makes the leds false economy during cold weather if I want a decent climate.

I shall persevere and see how well I can do with leds in a cold climate.

I plan on getting a couple of Dimplex ECOT2FT Wall-Mounted Tubular Heater 80W to bring the temps up.

I know I will have teething problems when I first start with LEDs, I was thinking having the light low ish power and seeing what temps I get then use the heater to bring the temps the rest of the way.

I wouldn't mind a single bar led to replace the 5' strip light in my kitchen.
