Getting there slowly. Hard finding the time. Fan and ducting fitted allowing just enough space for the jugs to fit in front. Doors all fit.

Things still to do before sticking the white plastic down:
Cut a bit more stripping for light gaps
Add a few handles to the inner doors
Cut the rest on the backing board

Spray adhesive sucked so I'm taping for now. Started with gorilla tape but ran out quickly so now using the waterproof type you use when sticking down damp proof membrane.

Looks really good, I would have brought some White Damp Proof Paint and coated the inside with it, quick and easy.

Original plan was to have reflective mylar but I discovered I'd ordered this by mistake. If the tape peels ill do the paint as u suggest.

Starting to take shape... in my stoned state I accidently stuck the wrong side of one of the back pieces. I'd cut the back from 3 bits of scrap mdf and so there's a hairline crack ill have to tape up. Not an issue as that was the plan anyway.
I also forgot to cut a hole for the wires to exit the top area... doh. Tomorrow I'll cut it shallow with my mini circular saw and then knife through the last mm or 2.
Its not as clean as I'd like usually but this project is more about just getting it done as cheaply as poss. Especially as I've just shelled out 150ish for parts for a new light... that way I can do one in each and not stress on space so much.
